Colkirk is a small Norfolk village near Fakenham, reached via the A1067 from Norwich or A1065 from the A47. The surrounding countryside retains its medieval field patterns, whilst the village church houses an exceptional 15th-century painted rood screen that ranks among Norfolk's best-preserved examples of medieval craftsmanship.
