Cold Hurst occupies a spot just north of Oldham, easily reached via the A663 from Manchester or the A627 from Rochdale direction. The M60 and M62 provide motorway access for longer journeys. With over 300 EV charging points nearby, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. The area retains rows of Victorian terraced houses, originally built for cotton mill workers during the industrial boom.
