Clun

Clun is a small border town in south Shropshire, reached via the A488 from Shrewsbury or the B4368 from Craven Arms. It's popular with walkers exploring the Shropshire Hills and serves as a base for the Clun Forest area. The medieval castle ruins perched above the River Clun remain one of the most impressive Norman fortifications in the Welsh borders.
