Chislet is a small Kent village between Canterbury and the coast, reached via the A28 or minor roads from Canterbury in about 15 minutes. The A299 Thanet Way provides the main long-distance connection from London via the M2. With approximately 80 EV charging points nearby, it's well-positioned for electric vehicle touring. The village sits near the ancient Wantsum Channel, which once made Thanet a true island before silting connected it to mainland Kent.
