Chipstead is a Surrey village perched on the North Downs, just south of Greater London via the A217. Take Junction 8 from the M25 and head north for three miles, or use the A232 from Croydon for local journeys. With over 3,150 EV charging points nearby and decent links to both the M23 and A23, it's well-connected despite its rural feel. All Saints Church boasts a 13th-century flint tower built from stone quarried from the very downs it overlooks.
