Chipnall is a small Shropshire village near the Staffordshire border, accessible via the A529 between Market Drayton and Newport. Local roads connect it to neighbouring villages like Cheswardine and Soudley, whilst the A41 and A53 provide wider regional links. The area sees mainly local agricultural traffic on narrow country lanes. The parish church boasts a remarkably preserved Norman doorway dating from the 12th century.
