Chenies is a small Hertfordshire village nestled in the Chiltern Hills near the Buckinghamshire border. Most visitors arrive via the A404 from the M25 Junction 18, whilst locals often approach through Chorleywood or from Amersham on the A416. The village sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by beech woods and chalk downs. Chenies Manor House, a magnificent Tudor mansion, dominates the centre and features a renowned sunken garden that bursts with thousands of tulips each spring.
