Chedington

Chedington is a small Dorset village on the A356 between Crewkerne and Dorchester, serving the local farming community in the limestone hills west of the county. Most reach it via the A303 to A356 junction near Crewkerne, then south for 15 minutes through rolling countryside. The village church of St Giles houses a rare medieval stone rood screen, one of few surviving examples in Dorset.
