Catmere End is a small Essex village near the Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire borders, accessed via the A1301 from Cambridge (15km north) or the M25. The M11 motorway provides connections for longer journeys, whilst Stansted Airport sits 15km southeast. Approximately 40 EV charging points serve the area around Saffron Walden and the airport. The parish church retains original 13th-century Norman stonework in its foundations.
