Caterham is a Surrey market town on the North Downs, 20 miles south of London via the A23 or M25. The A22 provides the main north-south route, whilst the railway terminates here from London Bridge. With over 1,500 EV chargers nearby and Gatwick 15 miles away, it's well-connected for modern travel. The Victorian railway water tower, converted from its original steam-era purpose, still dominates the station approach.
