Carrbridge

Scotland

Carrbridge lies in the Cairngorms National Park, accessed via the A95 from the A9 near Aviemore. The village connects Speyside whisky country with the main Highland route, about 45 minutes from Inverness. Electric vehicle charging is readily available with roughly 17 fast chargers nearby. The village is named after its striking 18th-century packhorse bridge spanning the River Dulnain, built in 1717 but now a romantic ruin.
