Carradale perches on Kintyre's east coast with fine views across to Arran, reached via the A83 to Tarbert then the winding B842. This quiet fishing village makes a pleasant stop on the peninsula circuit, with a couple of fast EV chargers for the journey. The stone pier jutting into Carradale Bay was built for the herring boats that once sustained the local economy.
