Carnteel lies along the A4 Belfast to Enniskillen road in County Tyrone, just 2km from The Bawn and 4km from Aughnacloy near the border. Most visitors arrive via the A4 from Belfast (100km) or connect through Monaghan from Dublin, whilst locals use shorter routes from Castlecaulfield and Ballygawley. The area sits amongst rolling drumlin countryside with good drainage, and electric vehicle drivers will find around 15 fast charging points in nearby towns. Ancient townland boundary stones remain visible along older road sections that predate the modern A4.
