Take the N59 west from Galway for 45 kilometers, or if coming from Dublin, it's about 200 kilometers via the M6 then N59. The area has decent EV charging facilities and acts as a proper gateway to the Gaeltacht regions where you'll still hear Irish spoken in the local shops and pubs.
