Cabrach is a remote Highland community straddling the Moray-Aberdeenshire border, reached via the A941 from Rhynie or minor roads from Huntly. The area was Scotland's whisky smuggling capital, with dozens of illicit stills hidden in the surrounding glens during the 18th century.
