Burstock is a small Dorset village near the Somerset border, reached via country lanes connecting to the A356. Most visitors come from Beaminster (8km) or Crewkerne (10km), with the A35 providing long-distance access about 15km south. The village sits in gentle countryside typical of the Marshwood Vale area, with over 50 EV charging points available nearby. St. Andrew's Church houses a rare 13th-century wooden knight's effigy.
