Bulphan is a small Essex village positioned between the Thames Estuary and M25, about 25 miles east of London. Access is mainly via the A128 from Junction 29 of the M25, or the A13 from east London. The area offers good EV charging with over 200 fast chargers nearby, particularly around Thurrock's retail parks. The village's 13th-century St. Mary the Virgin church contains rare medieval wall paintings discovered during 1960s restoration work.
