Bulbery is a small Hampshire city in the Test Valley, just north of Andover amid the chalk downs. Reach it via the A303 from London (M3 to Junction 8, then west) or the A34 from Oxford/Southampton. The area has over 80 EV charging points nearby. The famous River Test, renowned for its crystal-clear chalk stream waters and wild trout fishing, flows through ancient water meadows just east of the city.
