Buckbury straddles the Worcestershire-Gloucestershire border in the Severn Vale, connected by the A38 between Birmingham and Gloucester. The M5 passes 10km east, while local routes serve Tewkesbury and the Cotswolds. Gloucestershire Airport lies 15km southeast. The parish church houses one of England's twelve surviving medieval brass eagle lecterns.
