Bruntsfield is a Victorian residential area on Edinburgh's south side, easily reached from the city centre via Lothian Road or the A702. The A701 provides access from the south, whilst the A70 serves western approaches. Edinburgh Airport sits 12 kilometres west. The neighbourhood features tree-lined streets and traditional tenements, with over 200 EV charging points available across the wider city. Bruntsfield Links contains one of Scotland's oldest short hole golf courses, in use since the 15th century.
