Bromborough Pool

England

England

Bromborough Pool occupies a quiet corner of the Wirral Peninsula, easily reached via Junction 5 of the M53 motorway. Most visitors arrive from Liverpool through the Mersey tunnels, whilst Chester traffic uses the same M53 corridor, making it a convenient stop between the two cities. The area sits close to Port Sunlight's famous model village and benefits from excellent transport links, including over 450 EV charging points across the wider Wirral. The name derives from a medieval tidal pool where Birkenhead Priory monks once harvested salt from evaporated seawater.
