Brixham's a proper working fishing port on Torbay's southern tip, still landing fresh catches daily despite the holiday crowds. Take the A3022 from the A380 near Paignton, or the scenic coastal route from Torquay in about 20 minutes. There are over 30 fast charging points dotted around town for electric cars. You can actually climb aboard the full-size Golden Hind replica that's permanently moored in the harbour.
