Bracadale sits on Skye's western coast where Atlantic waters meet Highland shores. Reach it via the A87 from Kyle of Lochalsh bridge, then local roads northwest - about 25km from the crossing or 30km from Portree through dramatic island scenery. Roughly seven fast EV chargers serve the area. The village overlooks Loch Bracadale, renowned for seal colonies visible on offshore rocky skerries.
