Bowertower is a small Highland village in Caithness, reached via local roads connecting to the A99 coastal route. Most visitors drive up the A9 from Inverness, then follow the A99 from Wick - about 15 minutes away. Electric vehicle charging is available at roughly 15 public points nearby, mainly in Wick. The surrounding moorland contains several well-preserved Iron Age brochs.
