Bournbrook forms part of Birmingham's southern suburbs, sandwiched between Selly Oak and Edgbaston about three kilometres from the city centre. The A38 Bristol Road provides the main route through the area, connecting to the M42 for longer journeys and linking with the A4040 Outer Ring Road for access to the M5 and M6. With over 350 EV charging points nearby and Birmingham Airport 15 kilometres away, it's well-connected for both local and long-distance travel. The area's Victorian heritage shows in its converted medical centre, originally a grand industrial mansion.
