Bottom House is a tiny Staffordshire settlement nestled in the southern Peak District moorlands. Reach it via the A53 from Leek (8km northeast) or longer routes from Stoke-on-Trent. The village sits in a natural hollow that gave it its distinctive name, surrounded by traditional stone cottages that once served travellers on the old packhorse routes.
