Booterstown is a handy residential spot 8 kilometres south of Dublin city centre along the coast, well connected by the N31 Rock Road and the DART line. It's grand for accessing both the city and the southern suburbs like Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire. The area's popular with golfers thanks to several courses nearby, including Powerscourt East and West. There's decent EV charging infrastructure with about 550 public fast chargers in the vicinity. The real gem is Booterstown Nature Reserve right beside the Rock Road, where brent geese stop over each winter after flying all the way from Arctic Canada.
