Bognor Regis is a seaside town on the Sussex coast, reached via the A259 coastal road or A29 from the M25. Popular with day-trippers from London (90 minutes) and Brighton (35 miles), it boasts some of England's highest sunshine hours and good rail links. The town famously gained its "Regis" suffix after King George V's 1929 convalescence here.
