Blofield lies along the A47 between Norwich and Great Yarmouth, about ten kilometers from the county town. The village connects easily to Norwich via a quarter-hour drive through Norfolk farmland, whilst longer routes from London or Cambridge join the A47 at Norwich's ring road.
