Blackdog is a small coastal settlement about 15km north of Aberdeen, reached via the A90 and A975. Aberdeen Airport sits just 8km away, whilst the A90 provides connections south to the central belt. The village sits where farmland meets the North Sea, with around 90 EV charging points nearby. It's named after the black rocks visible at low tide along the otherwise golden coastline.
