Bitterne forms part of Southampton's eastern suburbs, sitting along the River Itchen just two kilometres from the city centre. The A3024 Bitterne Road West provides the main route into Southampton, whilst the M27 offers connections east and west via Junctions 5 and 8. With approximately 200 public EV charging points nearby and Southampton Airport close at hand, it's well-positioned for both local trips and longer journeys. The area's most distinctive feature is the pedestrian bridge spanning Bitterne Road West at the Triangle shopping precinct.
