Benthall is a small Shropshire village in the Severn Valley, positioned between Broseley and the famous Ironbridge Gorge. Reach it via the A4169 from Junction 4 of the M54, or take the A442 south from the motorway. The village sits within the Ironbridge Gorge UNESCO World Heritage Site area, with good EV charging nearby. Benthall Hall, a magnificent 16th-century National Trust property, dominates the village with its elaborate carved oak rooms and working kitchen garden.
