Beer Hackett is a small Dorset village reached via the A352 from Sherborne or local roads from the A37 Yeovil route. Day trips from Bath take about 45 minutes, whilst London visitors face a 2.5-hour drive via the M3 and A303. The 13th-century church of St. Michael houses a remarkably preserved medieval wooden screen.
