Beck Side
England
Beck Side is a small Cumbrian community on the Furness Peninsula, reached via the A590 from M6 junction 36. The A5092 provides coastal connections to Barrow-in-Furness, while country lanes link neighboring villages like Kirkby-in-Furness. Popular routes include short trips to Ulverston and longer drives into the central Lakes via Coniston. The settlement takes its name from the stream where wild watercress still grows in the spring-fed waters.
