Bearsbridge

England
Bearsbridge occupies remote Pennine hills in Northumberland, about 25 miles south of Hadrian's Wall. The A686 provides the main access route, connecting to the A69 near Haydon Bridge for Newcastle and Carlisle links, whilst the B6295 heads north to Hexham through exposed moorland. Long-distance visitors often stop here when crossing between the Lakes and Hadrian's Wall country, with over 30 EV charging points supporting touring in this sparsely populated region. The medieval packhorse bridge still carries traffic after seven centuries of serving lead miners and fell traders.
