Beaghmore lies in County Tyrone's countryside between the Sperrin Mountains and Cookstown. The village sits on the B4 road, reached via the A505 from Cookstown (18km) or the A6/A505 route from Belfast (65km, about an hour). It's a straightforward 25km drive east from Omagh on the A505, making it popular with day-trippers exploring the Sperrins. The area boasts seven Bronze Age stone circles forming one of Northern Ireland's most important prehistoric sites, with ceremonial complexes dating back over 4,000 years.
