Bay View occupies the eastern edge of the Isle of Sheppey, reached via the A249 from the M2 at Junction 5. The B2231 serves this coastal stretch, connecting to Leysdown-on-Sea and other seaside communities. Over 70 EV charging points are available across the island. The settlement marks the end of the Wantsum Walk, a 16-mile trail following the ancient channel that once made Thanet a true island.
