Baumber

Baumber is a small Lincolnshire Wolds village reached via the A158 from Lincoln or Horncastle, then minor roads northward. The B1225 from Louth provides an alternative route through rolling chalk countryside. Most visitors are local, though some travel from Lincoln 25km away. The village has good EV charging coverage with about 18 fast chargers nearby. St. Bartholomew's Church houses a remarkable 14th-century wooden knight's effigy carved from a single oak.
