Barkham lies in Berkshire's commuter belt, just outside Wokingham near the M4 corridor. Access the village via the A329(M) to M4 Junction 10, with local connections through the A321 and B3349. Popular routes include quick trips to Wokingham center and longer journeys west to Bath or east to Heathrow. All Saints Church houses one of Berkshire's oldest bell sets, still rung weekly by local enthusiasts.
