Balmuchy is a small Highland settlement on the Dornoch Firth, about 50km north of Inverness via the A9 and B9165. The area has several EV charging points for longer journeys, whilst local routes use the scenic B9163 through Cromarty. Grey seals regularly bask on the nearby mudflats at low tide.
