Ballywalter is a coastal village on the Ards Peninsula, about 35 kilometres southeast of Belfast via the A20 through Newtownards. The route takes roughly 45 minutes through County Down farmland, with good links to nearby Donaghadee and Greyabbey. Electric vehicle charging is available at over 20 stations in surrounding towns. The village features Ballywalter Park, an impressive 18th-century neoclassical mansion overlooking the Irish Sea.
