Ballynoe is a small County Down settlement 6km southwest of Downpatrick in the Lecale Peninsula. Reach it via the A7 from Belfast through Saintfield, then the A25 towards Downpatrick (45 minutes), or from Dublin via the A1 to Newry then A25 east. About 19 fast EV chargers serve the Downpatrick area. The village sits near Struell Wells, where Saint Patrick allegedly blessed four ancient springs that still flow today.
