Ballivor sits right on the N4 between Dublin and the northwest, making it a handy stop about 60 kilometres from the capital via the M4 and N4. The town connects easily to Trim on the R154, putting you in the heart of the Boyne Valley's farming country. There's decent charging infrastructure with around 20 fast chargers for electric cars along this busy corridor. It's a grand base for short runs to Trim for shopping or longer drives to Dublin or Mullingar. The August Agricultural Show brings the whole county together for proper Irish farming competitions and livestock displays.
