Bailrigg lies just off the M6 near Lancaster, serving as a gateway to the Lune Valley. Junction 33 provides easy motorway access, whilst the A6 offers a prettier route through the valley. The area has over 50 EV charging points, reflecting heavy through-traffic and the nearby university. Lancaster University's brutalist towers dominate the skyline, their 1960s concrete rising unexpectedly from the Lancashire countryside.
