Bagstone is a small South Gloucestershire village positioned between the M4 and M5, roughly 20km northeast of Bristol. Access is typically via Junction 14 of the M5, then the A38 and local roads, or from the M4 at Junction 18 via the A432. The village sits in rolling Severn Vale countryside and is notable for its 13th-century St. Bartholomew's Church, which houses rare medieval wall paintings of Saint Margaret of Antioch.
