Badfallister is a small Caithness settlement reached via the A99 coastal road from Wick, about 10 kilometers south. The A882 and A9 provide longer connections to Inverness and central Scotland. Wick John O'Groats Airport serves the area, with around 8 EV charging points nearby. The name derives from Gaelic "bad" (thicket) and reflects the ancient Pictish heritage visible in local archaeological sites.
