Austhorpe lies in east Leeds along the A64 York Road, about 8km from the city centre. Most visitors arrive via the M1 (Junction 46) then the A63, whilst locals use the direct route through Cross Gates. The area sits on the Pennine foothills with over 250 EV charging points nearby. It's famous for hosting the annual Leeds Festival of Kites at nearby Colton Common each spring.
