Auchengray is a small South Lanarkshire village on the A70 between Edinburgh and Ayr, about 30km southwest of the capital. The main route crosses the Pentland Hills, whilst local roads connect nearby settlements like Tarbrax. With over 40 EV charging points in the area and its position in gentle Lowland countryside, it's become a stopping point for wellness tourism, notably featuring the distinctive Spear Sauna.
