Ashtead is a Surrey commuter town between the North Downs and London, easily reached via the A24 through Epsom or the M25 via Leatherhead. Popular routes include quick trips to Epsom or longer drives to Kingston and central London, with excellent EV charging coverage nearby. The town's crown jewel is Ashtead Common, home to over 2000 ancient oak and beech trees forming one of England's most significant medieval woodlands.
