Asdean is a small West Sussex village nestled in the South Downs between Chichester and Portsmouth. Reach it via the A27, then the B2146 towards Funtington. From London, take the A3 south to Portsmouth, then the A27 westbound. Locals often use the A286 from Chichester, about 8km west. The village features a Norman church with an unusual octagonal tower.
